About 30 Cleveland Street
The existing building will be enhanced through the addition of rear and rooftop extensions providing increased office space, restoration of the historic Art Deco facades, premium tenant facilities and CAT A office refurbishment throughout. The finished building will provide 38,938ft2 of office space over seven floors.
The new reception references the building’s Art Deco heritage with a timeless material palette using geometrical elements broken up by streamlined curves. The double-height space features terrazzo flooring, an exposed steel column, curved Crittall style glazed partitions, hardwood timber rod clad desk and wall, plush leather seating, large circular feature lights and black anodised metal detailing.
The sixth floor office space has uninterrupted views across Central London. Internally, the space is defined by exposed dark grey steelwork with a central raft composed of white metal rods. This area is enclosed by dark grey Crittall style curtain walling with curved corners and a silver canopy with large sliding doors opening onto the terrace.
