About Kodak House

Situated on Kingsway, Kodak House was built in 1911 as the European headquarters of the Kodak Company, and is one of the earliest examples of a purpose-built office block in London.

The development proposal includes several enhancements to the existing building including a new contemporary entrance and enlarged reception, rationalised and core and open plan CAT A office space, a communal roof terrace and new commuter facilities. The existing fa├žade will be sensitively restored with new fenestration that responds to the original design. The top two mansard storeys will be removed and rebuilt for improved quality, in a style that is complimentary to the host building.

The building is designed to achieve high sustainability benchmarks with WELL Gold, BREEAM Excellent.
